April

 More quarantine life:
-getting bored and playing with the packaging to my new fire-pit. It's a Solo and it burns so hot there is hardly any ash. It was my mother's day gift early. I love it!

-More homeschooling. Parks was worried he wouldn't be able to be star student since school was cancelled. His teacher switched them to zoom meetings and he loved it! He showed everybody his grandpas pocket watch, and read them the book Diary of a Worm. He loved it!

-not going to bed. Why, because you can sleep in the next morning.

-making salt dough creations to paint

-gaining 10-15 lbs because your husband smokes A LOT more! When he is home all day he has the time to smoke. So he does. We ate really well these first few months of quarantine. It doesn't help that the wife allowed him to get a new smoker that is bigger and better! So we had to test it out too. :)

-Trying to exercise. These three kept me going.

At the park watching the Hill Air-force Base fly-over in their cool planes. The kids loved it too!

-Family time in the backyard. Using the old fire pit one last time before the new one.

-Going and helping our friends with yard work.

A coworker introduced my to this game called psych. You play on your phones and as long as you have the game code you can play. I introduced it to the Boyer side of the family and we play almost every Sunday now. We have a good time with it. It's a good way to connect with my family!

-Sleeping in weird positions. Cause why not.

-For his birthday he got a kit to put together a tool box. Parks had a great time making it!

-We participated in a Slothathon. One month to complete a triathlon or as much as you could. Nobody finished one, but they at least finished one leg and it did help us stay active. So that is good!

-Parker playing at this friends home.

-What do you do when you are bored at home in quarantine? You start a huge project! Yep, let the kids play and start digging up your yard. We are going to build a smoke shed.

Easter

Easter was a little different this year. We started the day before by going to our friends home. They hid eggs for the kids. They had a great time hiding them too. :) Some were very hard to find. The kids loved it! After they played. They got filthy too but we all had a great day playing and talking.

They love tractor rides!

Digging holes and "watching TV" :)

On Sunday we did our usual morning Easter find. After our neighbors came over for sacrament and the lesson. (We are loving Come Follow Me at home!) Then we colored eggs and just hung out. We were a little sad about the colors of the egg. The pink and purple are really pretty but we were hoping for more blues, yellows, and greens too. That's ok. We all had a great time and that is all that matters!
