I know I am three months behind. So lets get caught up!
New Years Eve was a great evening. We had our neighbors over to play games and EAT! It was delicious and we all had a great night.
January was the only month we got snow this winder. OK, maybe a little here and there in the other months but nothing like Jan. We got one really good snow storm. Enough to go around and help shovel everybody out. Then to come home after church and build our bobsled track. The kids had fun playing on it for about a week before it warmed up and melted to much to use it anymore.
Here are some random pics. taken during the month of Jan.
Ms M sleeping with her Christmas unicorn. Awww!
The Em-A-Nator looking pretty good. I love how she does the peace with her fingers.
Buddy Boy having fun at Stake Conference. Putty for Christmas was actually a pretty good buy for the kids. It keeps them quiet and entertained. Only Em needs to be watched to make sure it doesn't get everywhere.
The kids playing a game together before bed. Too cute!
Lil went night sledding with the young women. Her and a friend took a tumble down the hill off the sled and scratched their faces up. It hurt pretty bad for a few days.
This picture was stolen off Facebook. My parents in GR helping a neighbor. This is my dad to a T. Taking the snow blower around to the neighbors and widowers to make sure they have their snow shoveled. And then my mom going for support. Love it!
Lil at school practicing for a program.
We were able to make it to a gymnastics meet. We really like those things. Lil had volleyball practice and didn't come. :( The rest of us had a good time though. We even saw some old friends and enjoyed watching with them.
When you are supposed to be in bed, but you choose to play instead:
Twirling around and getting your hair stuck. :)
It is so fun to be able to do baptisms with Lil even though she is not 12 yet. We went as a family, and then she went with the youth in the ward. MJ was able to go as well, but had to leave early to go to practice.
When two kids fall asleep on you and your neck is in a weird cramp position. Hehe.
Volleyball has started once again this season. It is fun to watch the girls play and be apart of a team. MJ's team is very team oriented and she feels included this year. Yeah! Both seem to like it still. During games I'm there all day. One child in the morning session, and the other one in the afternoon session. So I get lots of school work finished.
Family time! Our ministering teacher came over to visit one night and we made him play with us.
Yum, sour cream! Most of my kids have loved sour cream. Weird.
Buddy Boy had basketball Jr Jazz in Jan. He did pretty good. He is so short, and need to work on dribbling, but he did make a few baskets during some games.
Well that is it for Jan. One month down, and two to go. :)
