The Month of April

So the month of April has come and gone. Easter was a great way to start the month. (However, I'm not sure I really like this new blog page to upload/add things to my blog. Hmm, going to take some getting used to that is for sure.) So anyways, during spring break we made sure we got out to enjoy the beautiful weather. We of course went and played Frisbee golf. It was a great day. Buddy Boy enjoyed playing with his Frisbee, and the girls loved running around throwing theirs. I didn't do half bad considering I couldn't throw it my hardest with my big belly. RB did great like always. I'm glad we have had some good weather to enjoy this April.

Buddy Boy loves wearing things around his neck including necklaces, towels, and blankets. He is growing so fast. He can walk when he wants too but would rather crawl since it is faster. He is still allergic to milk too. We tried lactose free milk and that was a bad idea! Coughing, wheezing, and choking was the end result of that one. However, he loves food so hopefully that will fatten him up a bit so he can get out of the 0-1%.

I was finally able to get a picture of his toothy grin. It has taken many pictures to finally get this one. It was worth it though because I love this picture.

School is going well. We found out this week that both of our jobs are safe for next year. YEA! We still may be transferred to another school but we will be employed and that is what matters. I do feel bad for all those who were let go this year due to cut backs and I hope they can find employment!

Easter

Easter was great this year. Since it landed with our school's Spring Break we headed to my parents home. We love playing games with my mom, and if we play "Five Crowns" then my dad will play too. Besides games the girls started this puzzle. Yep, they aren't the ones who finished it.

We had an Easter egg hunt on Sat. before our Easter dinner. It was beautiful weather. The new trampoline mat was a big hit with all the kids.

The girls and their cousin hunting for eggs.

Buddy Boy even had a good time crawling around the grass and playing with the eggs.

The goods after the eggs were opened. Buddy Boy loves jelly beans.

The Easter bunny left the girls dresses with white shirts to go underneath. Both were needed. They also got a chocolate bunny rabbit, and ring pops. Which by the way, the Easter bunny is kind of egocentric leaving chocolate statues of himself for the kids to eat. hehe.

My mom wanted pics. of Buddy Boy eating one of the ring pops. Yep, he liked it.

We had a great Spring Break/Easter. Thanks mom and dad for everything. It was also good to reflect on all the Savior has done for us and all he did do for us. The girls enjoyed the lessons, and movies we watched about his resurrection and I can't wait for the next break to come. Happy Easter Everyone!
