Back Door & Volleyball

We are so grateful to our old principal and her skill in carpentry! She has been coming over to our home to help RB fix the back deck and put in a new door. It was an all day task and they did a fabulous job! We still have a lot to do to finish the deck, the outside housing, and the inside housing too. However, we are that much closer now.

We were also able to go to a USU Volleyball game. That was really fun to go and watch.

Ms M did get bored and played on my phone. Silly girl!

Big Blue is a hoot. When he was done talking with Buddy Boy, Buddy came up to us and goes, "Well that was awkward." Too funny!

Then Big Blue helped MJ with her homework. Pretty smart guy there, I'm sure the answer is #1 to all those problems. :)

When one sippy cup just isn't enough, make sure you have two to drink from.

Halloween

Halloween was a good day. We took our normal route up one side and down the other. That gives us plenty of treats. After handing out candy at our house, we watched a Halloween movie, and headed to bed. We all had a good time.

Lil and her friend at the school parade.

When your son gets tired of wearing his costume I guess someone else has too.

These two took turns handing out the candy to everyone who walked by the house. They had a great time.

Pre-Halloween

All the Pre-Halloween festivities are just as much fun as Halloween itself. Buddy's race car costume was a hit with all the kids this year.

Isabel is turning me into a girly-girl. Ok, not really. But it was fun to exfoliate and moisturize with her.

Pumpkin carving, and coloring.

Oh, so cute!

Ms M earned this crown at school! She loves it. She is telling grandpa all about it on the phone.

Gotta love Siri.

Isabel was Yvette in the school play of Clue. She did a great job! She is glad it is over with but she did awesome!

Church carnival was fun. The kids had a good time!

Fall Break- Yellowstone

We went to Yellowstone for Fall Break. It was a blast! We were only there for a few short days but we still saw quite a bit of the park. We did see Ms M's, Isabel's, and MJ's bus driver, and Lil's school Spanish teachers. That was pretty cool. It wasn't too cold either which I was grateful for. Yes, we had to start the day with our coats but it warmed up as the day went on. We did see a bear which surprised us since how late it is in the season. We saw a few Bison, and a ton of Elk. We had fun swimming, and the kids even had time for a movie one night. Isabel loved the sights. We had a vacation!

For dinner one night we had Elk, Buffalo, and Goat burgers. The Goat burger was by far the best!

Uncle Tom's Cabin trail was treacherous. We fell, and almost fell numerous times. MJ just slid on her bum almost the whole way. The sight at the bottom was gorgeous and well worth the trip down.

Asian tourists are the funniest to watch. They love taking pictures of other families and so yes I got a picture of them taking a picture with my family. Then they got  a picture of just RB and them. It was hilarious. Isabel told us they take your picture for two reasons. One they think you are beautiful, or two they think you are ugly and want to show their friends how ugly you are. Added new insight as to why we see them taking pictures of other people so much.
