We have started a new tradition. One RB has tried to get going for many years. We did it last year and then a few years here and there before that. We stayed down near SLC to shop and enjoy the temple square lights during the Christmas season. This year we stayed in Midway. The drive home for my Sunday speaking was a little hairy, but otherwise we had good weather. We went shopping, saw the lights on temple square, did the Giving Machines, saw Seussical at Hales Theatre, went out to eat at Texas Roadhouse, and went swimming. The only downer was Ms M was sick and did not feel well! After some sleep though she felt better and still had a good weekend! Next year we are seeing Tarzan and doing it all over again! I can't wait!

Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving was a blast! My oldest brother could not make it, and Ne's wife and baby were in the hospital, but we got to see most everyone else. We did the usual; eat, play games, shop, went to the movies and watched "Frozen 2", and enjoyed being lazy. The littles played outside even though it was only 22 degrees, Brrr. We went Christmas light looking, and on the Thanksgiving parade we saw the Saiyans Dragon Ball Z mascot. It was pretty funny when Buddy and Ms M realized what it was. This year we also took the kids to Pennys Diner. We used to go there at teenagers and hang out with our friends all the time. So we took the whole family and had a meal, shared memories, and made some new ones. It was a good Thanksgiving break!

Tree Cutting
We once again had a successful year tree hunting. We didn't lose Killer this year though so that is good. We got a good looking tree too. We had so much fun sledding, eating, and finding a tree. I will always cherish these memories and family traditions!

November Stuff
Mayo had a choir concert. Of course she rocked it!
More football games.
Newsies play with friends at the high school. They did a great job!
Mayo is in National Junior Honors Society again this year! So proud of her, and her hard work to get and maintain good grades!
More soccer.
Mayo's disgust for bags being opened on the wrong end.
Apparently we have a problem at our home. :)
Buddy Boy had a Native American unit. They showed off all the things they made and wrote.
