Random

Here is some random things I wanted to post.

First, Ms M eating a baby wipe. She loves them and does it all the time. Yes, it is unused (for those of you who had to ask)!

Buddy watched some home movies and loved the jeeping video. RB was happy about that when he saw it.

Rainbow. What else needs to be said.

Everyone was downstairs the other day and Ms M was stuck in her high chair. She was so cute looking down at everyone else.

Our garden is getting HUGE! We didn't get our pickling cucumbers early enough and some got really big. That is okay though because we made them into spears and it all worked out. It really is something to grow your own garden and I never thought I would enjoy it as much as I do.

Ms M is getting big and loud. She now goes downstairs and can almost keep up with all her older siblings. It is hard to believe her and Buddy are in the same size clothes of 18m. So she was yelling into the cup and this video only shows it in the first 3 sec. but I posted it anyways.

Alright, no more random stuff. Hope you enjoyed.

Boating

A  few weeks ago some friends from the ward took us boating with them. It has been about 11 or 12 years since RB and I have been boating. It was a lot of fun!

Here are our happy faces to be in the car traveling to the reservoir.

Boating and playing in the water at last!

The kids loved the tubes. Okay well MJ and Lil did. Buddy tolerated it with me, but I enjoyed it!

After the kids had their turns it was RB and my turn to try to ski again. RB tried to one-ski it, but could get up, and finally did on a wake-board. I got up on my first try. I forgot how tiring skiing can be though.

And this is how tired Ms M was after the day by the water.

It was a ton of fun! Thanks again for taking us!

Cousins and the 24th Fun

Last year we were unable to do the cousin swap due to be being pregnant and having Ms M. So this year we made sure it happened. I hope they had fun, because I know my girls liked having them here.

Most mornings we would Zumba as our workout. The kids loved it and one cousin was a pro at it even though he had never done it before. It's fun working out as a family though, that is for sure!

One night RB's boss put on a fireworks show that we went and watched. They got to do sprinklers and they loved it.

While we were down the street with the show, Buddy was home hiding with Aunt Chel.

The kids never slept in the same place any night. The first night they slept in the living room. We tried to make a fort, however with excited kids the fort kept falling down and I called it quits with the fort. The second night they slept downstairs in the TV room since we had just watched a movie. The third night they slept here under the table. The best kind of fort for the parents (one that doesn't have to be cleaned up the next day).

We met up with all the relatives for the 24th fireworks. This is where the cousin swap happened too, so now MJ and Lil are at their house. I'm sure they are having fun, and I can't wait to see them tomorrow. Here are some pictures of a cool playground the kids played on while waiting for it to get dark.

We had a great time with cousins and a great night watching the fireworks. So glad we could share the night with family! Hope your holidays were just as good!

Ms M's 1st Birthday

It's hard to believe my baby is already 1 year old. Yes I said 1! I know it is crazy. Here is a random picture of her starting to walk. Can't wait. Well maybe I can.

Here is another random picture of Buddy Boy who insisted on walking around with the dish towel wrapped around him like a dress. Silly boy!

Now on to the birthday presents.

Then the cupcakes with my new favorite frosting of pink lemonade.

LOVE this picture of Ms M.

After we had family and some friends come over for a firework show. This was Ms M's first firework show and she did great. Really could have cared less, but liked the lights.

It was a great show and I'm glad we had others to share it with.

Ms M had her one year check up a few days later. She is doing great. Here is where she is at:
Head size: 17 in. @ 7%
Weight: 21.44 lbs @ 57%
Height: 28.25 in. @ 23%
She had to get 5 shots this time but I figured lets get them out of the way. She was only a little cranky for a day and is now back to normal. Ms M loves to smile, crawl up the stairs (not down), and follow everyone around. She is starting to get more vocal when she can't get something or wants it. She has 7 teeth and loves to play in her car seat and rock it. She is doing great and we love her to pieces! Happy birthday Ms M, we love you being apart of our family!
