My kids LOVE spaghetti! They love making a mess with it too but I'm not complaining because at least they are eating it. Last night I had to take pictures of Lil's process. Just so everyone knows it was her choice to sit on the stool at her table. She was so funny eating. Here are the steps to properly eat a plate of spaghetti:
1st On the lap with a fork.
2nd On the table and forget the fork.
3rd Grab with two hands.
4th Bite in the middle.
5th Eat both handfuls to start over again.
MJ technique is a little cleaner. Eat with one hand so the other hand was sparkling clean.
Got to love spaghetti!

Sleepy Sleepy
I love checking on the kids and finding them sleeping the same way. It happens all the time with MJ. I know I have more than just these two pictures but there were the first ones I found.
MJ and Lil
MJ and her cousin at Grandma's home.
So cute!

Easter 2010
Easter this year was spent in WY. We forgot our camera though and so these pics were taken by my mom and sister. Thanks for sending them to me!
Here the kids are making an Easter craft.
Counting and opening the eggs Lil found. She had a lot of fun finding the eggs and knew just what to do.
MJ had fun too. She wasn't allowed to pick up the easy eggs for the younger kids but was not quit tall enough to find the eggs with the older kids. She still did good though. Her older cousin was flying through every room. MJ took her time and found the well hid ones.
What is Easter without coloring eggs. They had fun decorating them more than they did coloring them.
Lil had fun wrestling with her cousin. He just laid there and laughed. It was funny.
MJ got new snow pants from her aunt. She loves showing off her new clothes.
Easter was good. I took a day off work since my spring break wasn't this weekend. It was nice to spend time with family and watch conference. Hope all your Easters were good too.

Bubble Gum Attack and New Jeep
MJ's bubble gum attacked her the other day. Don't ask me how it got down the back of her shirt but it did. She was freaking out every time I tried pulling it off her back because it was pulling her hair. So I pulled out the peanut butter and rubbed it around. After rinsing and wiping it off we finally got all the gum off. Hopefully we won't have any more gum attacks.
We also got another jeep. Our white one was having problems and so we are in the process of selling it. Our new gray one is in really good shape and we are excited it take it up the mountain.
Have a great day!

Elite 8 and the Temple
Yesterday RB and I headed back down to SLC to watch the Elite 8. Butler took down Kansas State and it was a good game to watch. Every time we thought Butler was going to take a commanding lead K-State would come back and make it a game. It was once again awesome to watch a great game. We should have taken a picture of us on our phone but we didn't. Oh well.
After we picked up the kids we went to the temple grounds. MJ was so excited and took a million pictures. Most of the ones here were ones she took. It was fun to walk around and talk about why we have temples. We also checked out the new Desert Book across the street and we all got a book. It was a great trip and a pretty relaxing day. We left at the wrong time though. We got stuck in traffic from the Young Women's conference. We weren't in a hurry though so it was good.
I almost forgot to tell you some of the coolest things that happened. RB and I went out to eat before the game started. We got seated, decided what we wanted and still hadn't been helped. This guy comes over and apologized that he didn't know we were in his section. We were cool with it because we had only been there 5-10 min. tops. So anyways, he gives us free chips and salsa to go with our cornbread that they give to everyone. Then he gave us free apple cobbler that was absolutely amazing. I would go back just for the dessert. We felt bad because we really didn't care that he was a little late but he kept giving us free stuff, so we gave him a good tip and felt like things were even. Then after the game we were stuck in the parking garage forever. It took us a good 15 minutes to get to the exit. Right after pulled up the lady said she needed our ticket and we could go. We didn't have to pay! Rock on! They were trying to clear the place out a little because it was so backed up. It made the day that much better. Bye for now.
