May starts and ends with two special birthdays. My baby is 5! I can't believe it. She will be starting school this year. She wanted a taco cake and Mayo helped me deliver just that. This is the best cake I have ever made. She is obsessed with taco Tuesday and going out with daddy to get tacos. She is spunky and full of life! Happy 5th birthday sweetheart!
Em has wanted a garden since we planted ours in the backyard. I finally did something about it. We will see how long they stay alive. :)
At the end of the month is my biggest babies birthday. J/K! RB is the best! He deserves more than I could ever give him! Happy birthday Rat Boy!
Since we have been doing the Come Follow Me at home, we sometimes have a bigger group. Our neighbors usually come over and then some old friends from the ward will occasionally come. I had to snap a pic so we would remember home church. Who knows how long it will last.
This child sleeps in the weirdest positions and places!
Enjoying some down time!
Food. Yummy food that RB smokes. It truly is the reason I am gaining weight and not losing it.
Chili's asked what color our vehicle was. My response was "old man tan." This is how the confirmation order came back. It made us laugh and the worker who brought us our food.
Just playing in the rain with the kids.
Mayo had her choir concert. She did amazing!
Our friends have been so good to us. They have let the kids work for them and are paying them. They have helped get supplies over in Logan, and we love playing and going on side-by-side rides with them. They make life more fun and enjoyable that is for sure!
Mayo had a bump in her armpit. I took her to the doctor for her yearly checkup and he cut it open. Then he squeezed all the infection out. It hurt, but it's a ton better now.
Friends are the best. Mayo really loves Tik Toc too. She has been creating videos with her siblings to help keep them all entertained.
Memorial day bbq with the family. We had pictures done before hand and they turned out fabulous!
When having a zoom meeting, only the top has to be professional. :)
Game night.
End of the school year was a little crazy. Trying to get supplies out to kids and say goodbye. Different schools did different things. My kids had a drive by parade from their teachers.
We had a day where the kids came to us and we got to say goodbye.
Then we had a 5th grade graduation parade.
Hard to believe school is over for this school year. Our two weeks shutdown turned into 2 months of no school. Yes, we rocked the online but it is 10 times harder to teach online and make sure students are learning what they should. Well, here comes summer!
