Easter

Easter was great this year. Since it landed with our school's Spring Break we headed to my parents home. We love playing games with my mom, and if we play "Five Crowns" then my dad will play too. Besides games the girls started this puzzle. Yep, they aren't the ones who finished it.

We had an Easter egg hunt on Sat. before our Easter dinner. It was beautiful weather. The new trampoline mat was a big hit with all the kids.

The girls and their cousin hunting for eggs.

Buddy Boy even had a good time crawling around the grass and playing with the eggs.

The goods after the eggs were opened. Buddy Boy loves jelly beans.

The Easter bunny left the girls dresses with white shirts to go underneath. Both were needed. They also got a chocolate bunny rabbit, and ring pops. Which by the way, the Easter bunny is kind of egocentric leaving chocolate statues of himself for the kids to eat. hehe.

My mom wanted pics. of Buddy Boy eating one of the ring pops. Yep, he liked it.

We had a great Spring Break/Easter. Thanks mom and dad for everything. It was also good to reflect on all the Savior has done for us and all he did do for us. The girls enjoyed the lessons, and movies we watched about his resurrection and I can't wait for the next break to come. Happy Easter Everyone!

Buddy Boy a 1 Year Old

It always happens way to fast. The growing up of my babies. Buddy Boy turned one on the 29th. I can't believe it. He isn't walking quite yet. He will stand there and until he realizes he is standing and then plop down to take of crawling. He knows he is faster crawling so doesn't see the point yet of walking. He LOVES food and LOVES playing with his sisters. He doesn't like being alone.

My parents surprised us with a visit to celebrate Buddy Boy's birthday. We went to Maddox and had a wonderful dinner. The waiter was so good to get more beats, me extra soup, and everything else we asked for. It was a great night.

My parents.

Once we got home Buddy boy opened his presents. We didn't wrap the dump truck with "Buddy" wheels. He LOVES it.

When I asked MJ to go get me wrapping paper she came back with princess paper. Oh well, Buddy Boy could care less. He really likes to tools inside it too. Now he can be more like daddy.

The girls had fun helping him open his gifts. He got some miniature cars too from a friend, and some money for new clothes that will be needed once the weather turns warm. The best part was watching Lil. You would have thought it was her birthday. She kept taking his toys and playing with them herself. It was funny.

The next day Buddy Boy had his one year check up. I'm glad it came so soon because I had about a million questions for the doctor. Buddy Boy is allergic to cheese and so we didn't want to start whole milk without the doctors advice. He suggesting mixing the milk with his soy milk formula to ease him into it. Well he still isn't ready for milk. He threw it all up. He can have little bits of dairy though. He had ice-cream at Maddox just fine, and yogurt seems fine. But not milk in big quantities. So we will wait. Buddy Boy is really small. He did actually gain 2 lbs. which puts in at the 1% for weight. However, he is at 0% for height and head. He just can't seem to gain any weight with this soy milk even though he is drinking 8 oz. every 3 hours still.

Buddy Boy is as cute as ever and we love his smile and laugh. Happy Birthday Buddy Boy!

Hippo Fun & Update on Temple

My sister gave me this hippo riding a motorcycle for our new girl. It is so cute. Of course I had to take pictures before taking it apart.

Side View

For FHE this month we decided to go back to the BC temple to see how it was progressing. I actually remembered my camera too. Not even meaning to we went on the same date that we did a year ago and I happen to be in the same shirt and pregnant. Hehe.

One year ago.

This year.

It was really cold and windy when we went so we didn't stay long. However, we did have a good talk about temples and the girls were excited to stop and see it instead of just driving by it. We can't wait for it to be completed!

USU Aggies & New Flavors

I finally downloaded all the pics. off different cameras. These first four pics. are old but still worth sharing.

Buddy Boy would rather play in his toys than with his toys. hehe.

Love the movement of his hands!

"Really" (Need I say more?)

Lil ready to go.

We finally were able to take the family to an Aggie game. We are playing in the CIT tournament and we won this game. Plus we just finished listening to the semi-finals and we won that game too. So now we are going to go to the finals! YEA!

RB and MJ "whoosh"ing with the free throws.

Buddy Boy LOVED the game. He was so entertained with everything. Clapping, laughing, and intently watching. I remember MJ hated the game we took her to at this age, but not our boy. He's loving it.

The Family

Now onto our new flavor. I had my ultra-sound appointment on Thurs. last week. The doctor game me a 55% chance of having a girl and he was correct. The new flavor is a girl. Now our boys will really be out numbered. We are really excited and are already tossing around names that we like. Well I think that is the last of my update so I'd better go eat dinner. Have a great day everyone!

St. Patrick's Day & More

The girls had a blast with St. Patrick's Day yesterday. He messed with our food all day turning it green. Green orange juice, muffins, milk, and eggs. (Yes, we had breakfast for many meals.) They talked about that tricky Leprechaun all day!

I would like to say this was one of the kids who made this mess but I can't. Whenever we cook with flour this seems to be a common sight, though I do admit this one was a bit extreme. Got to love flour and how it seems to find it's way everywhere. hehe.

Buddy Boy dancing. I don't think I need to say more.

Have a great day everyone!
