RB and I have been talking for awhile now about how we need to start exercising so he can lower his cholesterol and I can just get in shape again. So on Friday we actually did something. We went on a bike ride and this morning we went for a short 10 min. jog. While jogging this commercial was running through my head (one of my all time favorite commercials).
I really feel like I have thunder thighs and a ba-donka-donk-butt. MJ did really well running though. She ran for 6 of the 10 minutes. We had fun and hopefully we will be able to keep it up and go farther.

What am I eating?
This last weekend we had our first ever yard sale. My parent-in-laws and their neighbor all came with things to sell too. MJ and Lil loved playing outside all day. Lil had the cheese and peanut butter crackers as a snack. After the yard sale was over RB found two crackers on the control value covers on the grass. Here is what he found.
Now let me explain. Over half of these ants on these crackers are DEAD! Only a few of them were still moving around. Now I understand ants and humans have different digestive systems and whatnot, BUT still the thought of eating something that kills this many ants is kind of gross! My mom thought it was great and said she may try it around her house to kill some off.
This week we headed to GR to visit my family. It was great to be home for a few days. While we were there my brother came over and we sat around a campfire. While visiting it was discovered that some people had not seen the Mentos in Coke trick. So we made a quick trip to the store (okay my mom did, love you mom) and we had fun experimenting. Some co-workers and I have tried it in our mouths too. Very fun! The first picture I was surprised I caught the blast in a picture, and the second picture is my nephew with pop and Mentos in his mouth. Too funny!
Have a great day!

More of Moab
I finally have a moment to catch up on our blog. Here are some Moab pictures. We had a blast and can't wait to go again. MJ loved sleeping in the tent, and hated the jeep when we were high up. We think she is afraid of heights. Lil liked the jeep, and liked playing in the dirt at all times.
Here is a picture of all four jeeps that went including ours. I stole this picture with three others off our friends facebook. I'm glad they posted them so I could have them.
After arriving in Moab at 9pm and setting up in the dark we were ready for bed. MJ woke up at 5am and said she thought she was going to throw up. We rushed to the bathrooms and while she didn't, I did. As the day progressed I felt nauseous most of the day and MJ threw up 4 times through out the day. Most were while we were jeeping. That wasn't very fun. The next day though we all felt better and we had no other stomach bugs.
We started our first day beeping (that's what Lil calls it) with Metal Masher.
Our friend broke something and so we took a break. It was a beautiful area to break down in though.
Since that trail took longer than expected my kids were done for the day. We made it back to camp and the kids played for the rest of the night. RB decided to go out again with some others to Kane Creek Canyon. They were supposed to be back by 8:30-9ish but didn't make it back until 11pm. I was scared but I knew they would be okay. RB popped a tire and they had to change it. Thankfully that was the only thing bad that happened. RB said the trail was gorgeous and it ran down in the water bed. I can't wait to go on it next time.
The next day we went on Fish 'N Things. This one is a lot of up and down on rock. It was fun.
RB let me drive toward the end of this run. It was a hoot driving. Completely different from being the passenger.
We also went to Hole-N-The-Rock. That was pretty cool but I never would want to live in a rock. The only problem was our tour guide wanted to go home and so we got a 5min. tour for 5 bucks. It reminded us of Disneyland.
Here is my favorite scenery picture that I took.
On the way home we hit major traffic in the middle of the day with no AC. I have no idea where we were at but it was down a long canyon. At the bottom it merged from two to one lane and that was causing a major back up. We were stuck coming down for about an hour. Once passed it we had zero problems, even through Provo and SLC traffic. Overall, it was totally worth it and I can't wait to go back.

RB's B-day
Wow, it's been awhile since I have posted. RB's b-day has come and gone on May 23rd. It was on a Sunday this year and it started by having blueberry muffins. Then while we ate breakfast he opened his presents.
Waiting to open presents and eating breakfast.
This was his big gift. He has wanted a 10" knife for awhile now. I should fine if I don't make him mad. hehe.
The girls picked out his favorite snacks of peanut butter m&ms and Oreos.
Dominion Intrigue to go with Dominion. Very fun game!
Lastly, books 1-4 of the Harry Potter series. Now he as all 7 hardbound books.
Happy Late B-day RB. We love you!

We had a great weekend! We went beeping in Moab. Since RB is done with school he made this video today. I'll post it for now until I have time to get some pictures on.
