My birthday was good. RB surprised me with a few gifts. A few I knew were coming but that is how it goes the older the get. We took MJ to Stacked to get breakfast for our birthday meal. It was pretty good. It was a great day!
Lil's birthday is always fun. This year we went to the new splash pad in the neighboring town. It is far superior than the one we have. Then that night we went to the fireworks show with family. She is finally 12 years old. I have thought she was 12 all year since she has been in Young Women. Now she finally is. She is a beautiful young woman!
MJ got to celebrate her birthday early. Again. It's not her fault we are always on vacation traveling on her birthday. At least this year we were not in the car for 17 1/2 hours. It was just 4 hours. So she got to open her gifts early so we didn't have to pack them on the trip. She is the big 14 years old. Wow! That makes me feel old!
Ms M is 7 years old. She can hardly wait all month for her birthday! So when it finally is, she lives it up. We had some old friends who moved away come and stay at our home for the week. Plus, we had cousin swap this week, city days, and the 24th Pioneer Days. Busy, busy week, but Ms M loved it and had a great birthday. She wanted LOL surprises and LOVED opening each and every one of them.
