Food

Ms. M has hated food. Maybe it was just the mush. She used to gag whenever I would feed her. Not fun. However, now she really likes the stuff. She will lick her lips as she watches me get it ready. She loves to smile as she eats too. I love it. She is a weird eater though. She sucks her bottom lip in while swallowing and she is still learning where to put her tongue so she doesn't get food all the way up to her eyes.

Ms M now has two bottom teeth, and is crawling instead of frawling. What a cutie pie. We love her so much!

Lil

Lil has been working hard to learn how to ride her bike. She is the type where if she can't do it perfectly she is not doing it well. Now that the weather is warming up she wants to be able to keep up with her sister as they play with the neighbors. She wanted us to put training wheels back on, but I refused. It is time for her to ride on her own. We went out and practiced on Friday. Then on Sat. we tried again and this is what she had down.

Not bad. She still gets frustrated because she is focusing on pedaling so much that she forgets to steer. She'll get it soon though and she'll be cruising around just like her sister. 

Lil also likes to make beds in weird places. While watching a movie she put two chairs together for a bed. Under her pillow is the buster seat for Buddy Boy. I can't believe she fell asleep like that. Cute girl!

No this is not Lil, sorry. Today I decided to see if I could get Ms M's hair in a piggy-tail. Yep, we got a little one and tons of oohs and aahs at church. RB said she looked liked a cave girl. Nah, just a cutie like her older sisters.

Buddy & Ms M

I love when this girl smiles! She is so dang cute!

Buddy Boy is supposed to be sleeping in his bed. However, when I came upstairs he was laying down under the table. What a funny boy.

MJ is starting to love reading. We bought her a puppy Place book pack and she loves them. I went to check on the kids and found MJ had fallen asleep while reading using her night-light as a flashlight.

 Buddy loves wearing Ms M's pjs. Sadly they are just a little tight on him.

 Buddy has also claimed the i-pad as his own. He loves the games and the videos. Little stink!

This video may be boring for you, but I like it. Buddy does this all the time to Ms M with toys and I'm glad I got it videoed.

Frawling

This is a typical after school homework session at our home. Buddy running around screaming or laughing, Lil chasing him instead of doing what she is supposed to, and MJ taking her time getting her homework done. I've been waiting for a time where Ms M wouldn't freak out when she was laid down and today it happened. She loved frawling (falling & crawling) all over the living room getting whatever she could get her hands on. The two videos are classic with Buddy screaming in the one and 10 sec. later laughing and playing. Good times though, and yes the homework does get done. Just faster on some days than others.

Spring Fever

We are anxiously waiting for Spring to arrive. We have many summer plans and are trying to wait patiently for them to arrive. Yesterday we had an extra day off of school with the end of the trimester. So we took advantage of it and rearranged some of the house. We will wait for Spring to come to actually go through a room a day to de-junk, and get rid of the clutter with Spring cleaning.  

First of all, Buddy is now in a big boy bed. He looks so funny in it because he is so small compared to the bed. He is still 50/50 with whether he likes it or not too. Good to have the bed up from downstairs though.

 I also rearranged our living room. There seems to be a TON more space now that the couch is pushed into the window area.

It is such beautiful weather today. After RB went into town to buy our new dryer, the girls took advantage of the warmth. They got their bikes and scooters out and played for over an hour outside. They talk everyday about getting their water toys out once summer is here.

 We all will be happy with this cold weather goes away for good and the warmth comes to stay.

This picture was just for fun. Buddy was so impressed with himself for getting his Pj's on. Too bad they were put on backwards. He couldn't figure out where the zipper went too. It was hilarious watching him walk in a circle trying to see behind him.
