The week before school starts is never dull. It is packed with back to school nights, school meetings, and the fair. Busy, crazy, and good family fun packed into one week.
Isabel interpreted for the Spanish speaking teacher during Lil's back to school. She loved it and did a great job.
The kids played as much as they could. We had our last night games, and I got to watch the cutest play put on by my creative kids and neighbor girl. Loved it.
Here comes the fair. The kids loved riding the rides with our neighbors and walking around looking at everything. The girls did so good with their crafts too. MJ got me on one ride, the Stardust 2000 or something like that. It was intense but I would do it again in a heartbeat if it was with MJ or another of my kids. RB took the neighbor boy on the Zipper or something and he almost got sick. RB said he had the parent arm holding him down the whole time. We died laughing when they got off and told us. Isabel was able to go to the rodeo with our neighbors. We were so grateful for that because that meant we didn't have to go to the rodeo. Then one day Chel took MJ and Isabel to hang out and go on some rides. Overall, it was a great week.
Too much fun at fair week means falling asleep during family prayer. So cute!
Then came Monday and the first day of school. RB-4th, Me-5th, Isabel-10th, MJ-6th, Lil-4th, Buddy Boy-K, and Ms M-Early Learning Center again.
